Although Ele Keats was born in Paris, France, she was raised not only in Europe, but in New York and Los Angeles, as well—so her active career in Hollywood makes sense for the well-traveled brunette beauty. At 16, she made her debut as a pretty girl in LL Cool J’s video for “Going Back to Cali.” At 17, she landed the regular role of Anny on the after-school teen drama Tribes in 1990. That same year, she also booked her first gig on the big-screen, as Audry in Missing Parents (1990) with Seth Green. She followed that with small roles as a newsstand girl in The Rocketeer (1991) with Jennifer Connelly, and as Artemis in Garry Marshall’s Frankie and Johnny (1991) with Al Pacino and Michelle Pfeiffer. She sang along with Christian Bale in Newsies (1992), playing Sarah Jacobs; was Susana Parrado in Alive with Ethan Hawke in the do-we-eat-them? plane crash story; and Emily in There Goes My Baby (1994) with Dermot Mulroney and Ricky Schroder (the Ricker). She also got bare-breasted with Corey Feldman in Lipstick Camera (1994), playing Omy Clark. You can get a better look at the terrific twosome in the anthology movie Eros (2004), where she plays Cecelia in the “Equilibrium” segment directed Steven Soderbergh and co-starring Robert Downey, Jr. where she goes 100% full-on naked before and after her bath—nice boobs, groomed kitty. Ele also made tiny splashes on TV, starring in this series and that show, all in one-off roles. She has also appeared in a slew of commercials, including the famous Pepsi one with Michael Jackson.
